Freedom
April 30th, 2009
I don’t know, I don’t need to know, I don’t want to know. Ah, freedom!

The Tao, Verse 40
April 29th, 2009
“Returning is the motion of the Tao.
Yielding is the way of the Tao.
The 10,000 things are born of being.
Being is born of nonbeing.”
Lao-Tzu

The Tao, Verse 11
April 28th, 2009
“Thirty spokes converge upon a single hub;
it is on the hole in the center that the use of the cart hinges.
Shape clay into a vessel; it is the space within that makes it useful.
Carve fine doors and windows, but the room is useful in its emptiness.
The usefulness of what is depends on what is not.”
Lao-tzu, a long time ago.

Knowing vs Knowing
April 27th, 2009
I remember reading, a long time ago, in the Course in Miracles something like this. We work to get as close as we can to truth and when we are at the door, it will open to us and the truth will be known.
It seems like as I have worked to bring my perception to ever higher vantage points, I have come to a place where I realize I don’t really know anything. And I wait. I can tell there is more, but I know that I cannot get to it with my mind. I wait for the door to open so that I might know.
It seems there are two kinds of knowing, one is intellectual and involves the ego, or mind that exists here for all of us. I see my work as a kind of climbing, up, up, up to better and better feeling thoughts. And at some point, when the time is right, I awake and realize that I know nothing. And I wait to know, to know experiencially. To know the one true self.
The one true self who is all that is, where there is no real local I, freedom to dissolve into the pool that is life.
Thank you to my ego, my self I am letting go of, who helped me to progress to the place of knowing, then not knowing and then finally knowing. I love you and appreciate you and allow you to dissolve into the greater knowing that is the experience of life.
Does this mean I will never choose to use my mind? No, not at all, I can now choose to call on my mind when it is needed.
Does this mean I will not have any more wants? No, not at all, it only means that I will no longer have worry, care or concern about them. I no longer need to know or dictate, how, when, where, or who. I allow and trust.
I want my children to be happy, and at the same time I give up any care, because I know that only love is flowing to them and I know who they are.
Like the sun coming up, we are not concerned about this, we don’t worry about it, and we are not in a state of caring. And at the same time, I would love to see another day.
Freedom is known a bit at a time. All that I have brings me to that which I want. All of life flows freely, bringing that which is desired to the desirer.
I just stop wanting to know and know.
This is the way it seems to me these days.

Love and Appreciation
April 27th, 2009
Love and appreciation are identical vibrations. Appreciation is the vibration of alignment with who-you-are. Appreciation is the absence of everything that feels bad and the presence of everything that feels good. When you focus upon what you want – ;when you tell the story of how you want your life to be – you will come closer and closer to the vicinity of appreciation, and when you reach it, it will pull you toward all things that you consider to be good in a very powerful way.

The Natural Way
April 21st, 2009
If left alone everything on earth returns to it’s natural state.
To withdraw the modification
We only must quell the desire to maintain the facade.
This is done through love and trust.

All There is, is Love
April 15th, 2009
When we can turn the corner
and really get that all that comes to us,
comes in love,
we can use everything in our lives as stepping stones
along the path of our self awareness.

Appreciation
April 12th, 2009
Thank you, all of you who hear my voice. And thank you to all who comment.
I hear your words and I feel your passion.
I love you and appreciate your willingness to engage here with me,
both reading and/or commenting.
Beloved law of attraction has brought all of us together
here with love as our motivation.
I appreiate that you all desire to know and that you are searchers and finders.
I love you for being willing to share your ideas and experiences.
Thank you all for being who you are, each and every one.
Namaste

Listening to Myself
April 11th, 2009
Shhhhhh! Listen!
When I was a child it’s what my Mom would say, and we’d all get quiet and still and listen.
She had heard something and she wanted to hear it more clearly.
I want to hear my voice more clearly.
I’ve become willing to shush my thinking and all the outside voices so I can listen.
And I want it more than anything.
I’m no longer afraid.
I allow listening to become.

Desire
April 6th, 2009
If you suppress desire what will you do with the creative flow once you release it?
Desire is a natural human occurrence born of experiencing life.
Not to be confused with grasping, needing, or concern.
Yes to letting go of all needing, grasping, or concern.
Yes to embracing desire and creating my own life by allowing the flow.
