My Experience of the Path

January 31st, 2009

This is a path that I choose to enter. I learn and clear and search until the day comes when I enter a new space.

One that let’s me go forth and it leads me into the thicket of my old thoughts and ideas.  And with each step I move through rechoosing and creating the life I want, little by little until I come to a very bright opening and I know who I am and why I have come.  (I know this because I have created it by rechoosing).  I’ve let go of the thoughts and ideas I’ve picked up here that don’t serve me and a new person has come forth, a real person, who easily, and genuinly loves and realizes love as a flow from me.  One I wanted and longed for and missed and became willing to give up everything for.  Then I realize that I gave up nothing and gained everything.  I feel like the happiest person on the planet.

The Path of Love

January 30th, 2009

What I have noticed in my experience is that each time I open to love myself a little more; I have the same loving feelings for others. When I let myself off the hook, I let everybody off the hook.

From where I stand:

Me/Everybody really is source energy in a physical environment.

Me/Everybody is part of the great flow we call life.

Me/Everybody is innocent.

Me/Everybody is doing their perfect job.

Me/Everybody is not to blame.

Me/Everybody is beautiful.

Me/Everybody draws love from/through/to me.

Me/Everybody is me

What do you think?

Consciously Finding our Connection to the Whole

January 29th, 2009

When we get our head* out of the way we consciously find our connection with the whole.  This is why we find a better feeling thought.  It gets our head* out of the way.  Little, by little it clears us to see who and what we really are and are about here.  And it frees us to create the life we want.

*Our head, that part of us that holds and creates static, because of confusing ideas and conflicting decisions; thoughts we are choosing by following what other people say, want, and decide and by our caring what they think of us.

The way out of our head, is to ask our self, what do I want ? and listen, and allow, and value the answer.  And to find better feeling thoughts about every subject.

I’m not speculating about this, all that I write, comes from my own experience.  I am finding the way out and I am sharing it here.  That is all I have, all any of us have, no matter how polished, or well prepared, or loud the words are if there is no experience, there is only intellectual poop!

I searched for 26 years listening to what this one said, and that one, and searching this book, and that church, and listening to this one and that one.  Only when I began to listen to myself, and find a better feeling thought did I really start to change my life.

I’m not here to be another good intellectual idea, I am here to be aware of and enjoy doing my part in moving us forward on our path as One, and to recognize that every one of us is also powerfully contributing in our own way to the development of the whole, even if some of us don’t know it.  We are all connected as one and some static cannot change that, it can only keep individuals from enjoying the ride.

If you have ears to hear….

Anger

January 28th, 2009

There is something so refreshing about finding anger when I’m feeling lost or frightened.  I’ve used it over and over (since I first heard Abraham talk about it) to get to a new view of things.  It also brings up honesty about what I want.  I highly recommend it to my students who are feeling afraid, or if they have that sick feeling in their stomach, or if they feel numb.

It really isn’t that hard to get to usually.  Sometimes I wake up feeling sick about something and I get up and walk back and forth and talk to myself  until I am feeling angry.  Statements like, I’m sick of worrying about this, or This is ridiculous, or It isn’t fair that I have to worry about something I can’t do anything about.  With this I can usually get some anger going and it always feels better.

I think when I use anger in this way I allow my own power to come forward.  If you choose to try it let me know what you think.

Deciding to Love All of Me

January 22nd, 2009

The Question:

Why do I feel so different than others?  Why do I get embarrassed so easily?  Why don’t I feel like I fit in?  Why am I so sensitive?  Why do I make decisions I regret?  Why do I talk too much and ramble sometimes. Why do I seem to hurt those I love?

The Answer:  Because the you that you are, became the you that you describe, to experience from that particular point of view.  Your job, is to love yourself just the way you are and to trust that love.

Today I decide to love all of me.

Seeing the Light in Everybody

January 21st, 2009

I have seen the light in each one of us.  I can see this now.  I know who we are, all of us, all human beings.

I choose to change the way I see us.  I have decided to see us all as God, or Source, or Life.  What this means to me is that I know now that we are all God, about God’s business here.  We are each very powerful creatures and we are all OK.  No matter what is happening, I will see each of us as who we really are.  As the light shines forth from each of us, I know that we are all light and love and beautiful.  And I will not become involved in any temporary processes that we are going through at the moment. I will see all of us as the light we are.  And I will offer that seeing back to all of me.

My Look at Barack Obama

January 21st, 2009

I’ve heard President Obama speak a handful of times now.  Here is what I see and hear.

1. He and Michelle are an example of a loving family.

2. He and Michelle are teaching us how to work together, they call it a neighborhood.

3. He has chosen his cabinet by who is the most powerful and who is the most influential, instead of who agrees with him.

4. He is calling on each one of us to help to create our country anew.

5. He is calling us to work together to find the common ground, and build on it.

6. His ways include everyone of us.

7. He is very aware of who he is and what he has prepared himself to accomplish.

8. His focus is very intense.

9. The new hope in this country is a manifestation of the vibrational shifting we have experienced and continue to experience.

Being Born Again

January 21st, 2009

ks998181When we choose the path of enlightenment we are choosing to be born again;  we are asking our child to emerge, to come back to us.

What would our parents have done differently if they had known?

Well, here is our chance, we can now love our child, and we have to start while he/she is still in the shadows.

Loving means listening, really listening so we can hear what he/she  wants.   Then valuing those desires enough to actually support the ideas with our thoughts.  Listening to and allowing our child’s ideas to be valuable and to come to appreciate and love every one of them.  Getting our mind behind the ones that feel really, really good and convincing our self, at just the pace that feels good, that we can have, be, do, whatever it is our child (we) wants.

At any time, any one of us can choose to listen to, and value ourSelves until we find that we are freely living in the light and out of the shadows.  This is the path of enlightenment or being born again.

Becoming a Human Being

January 20th, 2009

When we give up judgment we give up doing and become a being.

This idea is supported by the garden story where after they ate of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil they left the garden to toil the ground.

What I mean by human being is that one is not being driven or pushed to do or be something.  And free to enjoy the delights of the world that surrounds us. All doing flows from our being.

Balance Along the Path

January 20th, 2009

ks99865Balance is when my thoughts and feelings agree.

I get an idea, I run it by my feelings, then back for adjustment, a new thought, one that feels even better, please.  And again and again on each subject until what makes sense to me and what feels really, really good are the same idea.

Then I have balance.  With this balance, comes another step or two along the path of enlightenment.
